This is the privacy statement of football club RKVVO, located in Veldhoven at Heikantsebaan. The association is registered with the Chamber of Commerce under number 40237797.

You share personal data with us, consciously or unconsciously, and we consider it important to handle these personal data carefully, especially with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) coming into effect on May 25, 2018.

In this privacy statement, we explain how we handle your personal data. In the overview below, you can find why we collect personal data from you and what we do with it.

1. Via the association's website, a new member can register with the association. The data to be filled in include:

• Prefix

2. Bank details:

• Payable to

3. Identification:

• Type of identification

4. Furthermore, the following questions are asked in connection with placement on the website:

• Can my name be mentioned on the site?
• Can my date of birth be shown?
• Do I agree with the placement of photos?

These questions can be answered with "yes" or "no".

Personal, banking, and identification data as mentioned above in points 1 through 3 are processed in the membership administration. The association's membership administration is managed in the Sportlink package, which is accessible to a limited number of officials.

Sportlink states on its website that the data processing agreement, which contains the agreements between RKVVO and Sportlink regarding how they handle the personal data of our association, is GDPR-compliant.

Sportlink has included all GDPR aspects of this agreement in its terms and conditions for associations. This is found in paragraph 9 (Privacy). Our terms and conditions have been GDPR-compliant since February 2017. Since May 25, the GDPR will no longer be in force, so we have removed the GDPR passages from the terms and conditions for associations.

Sportlink is linked to VoetbalAssist. VoetbalAssist is used by the association for results, rankings, match forms, and the like.

VoetbalAssist also states on its website to be GDPR-compliant.

As of May 25, 2018, the European privacy legislation will come into effect, and VoetbalAssist is GDPR compliant!

Personal data, regarding name and bank account number, are also shared with the association's bank to enable direct debit of membership fees.

On the RKVVO website, personal data is used for, for example, keeping track of the birthday calendar, player of the week, match reports, top scorers, etc.

Photos of members can also be posted on the website.

RKVVO does not use the personal data provided to it for commercial purposes and will not make this data available to third parties.

RKVVO generally does not collect special personal data, such as personal data about beliefs or religion, political preference, race, health, or sexual life. However, it may occur that RKVVO obtains information about the health of its members for its sporting purposes. We will limit the processing of this data to a minimum.

Without your permission, RKVVO will only provide your personal data to third parties if this is necessary for the performance of the agreement that the association has with you, unless RKVVO is legally obliged to provide your personal data to these third parties. The overview above provides a summary of the situations in which personal data is provided to third parties.
